Yes, please follow the promps at checkout. We ship via UPS Ground and can only ship to physical addresses and are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
How do I know my order is in production?
Once your order is in production, the status of your order (can be viewed by logging into your account) will change from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Pending". "Pending" status means your order is in the process of being made, personalized and shipped.
Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes, please provide the gift recipients’ address as shipping address at checkout.
Can I include an enclosure card with my order?
Yes, please fill out the “Gift Message” section at checkout.
Can I track the shipping of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships from UPS Quantum View with tracking information.
Can my order be rushed?
If you need your item rushed, we try to make every effort to accommodate your needs. PLEASE contact us at customerservice@scott-wynne.com or 1.800.232.2783 PRIOR to ordering to confirm a rush is available. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied.
What order do I enter the initials in for personalized items?
All initials should be entered in first name, middle name, last name order (ie. Mary Elizabeth Gray should be entered M E G). We will arrange the initials into the appropriate order depending on the item ordered.
For Jon Hart, items are personalized in first, middle, last order for both hot stamp and hand tool monograms. So Mary Elizabeth Gray will be stamped M E G.
For Tervis, items are personalized in first name, middle name, last name order EXCEPT when using font choice "Circle Monogram". This font has the last name initial larger in the center with the first name initial on the left and middle name initial on the right. Please enter your initials in first name, middle name, last name order and we will arrange appropriately.
